This is a general schedule of a typical day. Multiple camp groups and weather play a big part in alternate times for different activities and where they fall on the daily schedule.

*If joining for morning and afternoon please bring 2 snacks and a lunch. ​​​

Payments + Registration + Policies

Payments: You may pay camp fees as-you-go. We will run the payment method on file the Friday before each camp week for the upcoming week of your scheduled days and times.

Online Registration Closes: Website and parent portal registration will close the Friday morning before each camp week. You may still register in camp days but this will need to be done over the phone or in person.

Refunds, Credits, and Changes: All families must provide notice by Friday at 5pm the week BEFORE a registered camp week begins of any changes needed by phone, email or in person. Once the camp week begins, no changes, refunds or credits will be given. No exceptions.

On-Time Policy: Drop off and pickups may be done 15 minutes before camp begins and 15 minutes after camp ends. We will charge $1 per minute for drop off’s and pickups that are a number greater than the 15 minute window.

Medical: Medical restrictions must be known upon enrollment (asthma, allergies etc.) and if the child can swim or not with or without assistance.

Sick Days: Children cannot attend camp if sick. Credits will be given for future camp day(s), but no reimbursements.

Electronics: No Electronics Allowed. CSA Kids is not responsible for any lost or stolen valuables, including electronics.

All Policies Must Be Followed: All other policies in electronic waiver when signing up for camp, must be followed.

CSA Kids Right to Cancel: CSA Kids has the right to cancel any camp due to low enrollment or other reasons. Parents will be notified, one week in advance, for any cancellations.
